The workshop that we will be organizing is designed to introduce girls to various fields of engineering. The aim of the workshop is to encourage and inspire young women to pursue careers in engineering, a field that has traditionally been dominated by men. The workshop will cover a range of engineering disciplines such as mechanical, industrial, energetic systems, and aeronautical engineering, and will give the girls an opportunity to explore these fields through hands-on activities and interactive discussions with future engineers. The workshop will also provide guidance and advice on the different pathways to becoming an engineer, including academic requirements, job prospects, and the various specializations within each field. By the end of the workshop, we hope that the girls will have a better understanding of the exciting and diverse career opportunities available to them in the field of engineering.
